Netball and soccer

Sporting Spirit Shines at Bergvliet Tournamen

Timour Hall’s Under 12 and 13 netball and soccer teams make us proud in a day of competition and camaraderie.

On Saturday, our Under 12 and 13 netball and soccer teams represented Timour Hall Primary School at the annual Bergvliet Tournament — and what a day it was! From the first whistle to the final goal, our players displayed skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship that had us beaming with pride.

The atmosphere was electric as schools from across the area came together for a full day of competition. Our netball teams moved with precision and confidence, executing well-practiced plays and showing the results of their dedication on the training court. On the soccer field, our boys demonstrated both flair and discipline, keeping their focus even in high-pressure moments.
Parents, friends, and staff lined the sidelines, cheering with every point scored and every save made. While there were wins and narrow misses, the day was less about the scoreboard and more about the experience — building resilience, learning from each game, and representing our school with dignity.

Tournaments like this remind us of the power of sport to unite, inspire, and teach life lessons beyond the classroom.
We extend our thanks to Bergvliet for hosting such a well-organised and spirited event, and to our coaches, players, and supporters who made the day unforgettable. To our Under 12 and 13 teams — you’ve made Timour Hall proud!
